Quality Policy Statement

Fully established in 2019, ISO Expertise provides Consultancy and training programmes to gain and maintain ISO Standards’ Certification.

Our focus is delivering effective training and support to clients wishing to gain accreditation to ISO Standards and training to support certification and continual improvement.

ISO Expertise recognises the contribution staff play in the success of the business. It also recognises the importance of communicating business goals and quality objectives, one of which is to provide excellent customer service via policies and procedures throughout the business. Staff and Associates are supported through training and regular review of the effectiveness of activities to achieve its aim for continual improvement.

The company is therefore committed to develop, maintain and continually improve a Quality Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015

  1. To comply with current regulatory and where practicable impending compliance requirements

  2. The aims are to supply a service which not only meets, but exceeds, the requirements of its clients and establish strong relationships with clients, associates, and suppliers, which will contribute to the continued success and growth of the business

  3. To communicate the Quality Policy and Objectives to all staff.

  4. To work to combat climate change by using best practice environmental /sustainable procedures and promoting best practice procedures to clients.

The Quality Policy is a reflection of the Company’s commitment to achieving its objectives and the Policy will be reviewed at Management Review Meetings to ascertain its continuing suitability.
