Meet the Team
Margaret Munro is a highly experienced consultant and trainer in Quality Management Systems; ISO 9001, ISO17025, ISO13045, ISO 27001 and Environmental Management systems; ISO14001 and EMAS. She has 30 years experience of implementing and maintaining quality and environmental systems for companies of all sizes and all sectors including Local Authorities.
Margaret assists in the creation of new Quality Management Systems and in maintaining and improving existing Systems. Margaret delivers our virtual and classroom workshops, courses and webinars and also creates tailor-made courses to your company’s requirements.
Denise Shakespeare is a qualified teacher and former full time further education lecturer in science and environmental management. Denise has extensive experience of delivering and assessing environmental programmes from Level 1 environmental awareness courses to NVQ’S at Level 4 and Foundation Degrees up to Level 5, to college students and business candidates.
A qualified assessor, internal verifier and APL advisor for various environmental awareness/ management, waste management and recycling programmes.
Andrea Flower is a highly experienced virtual PA, has been working with the business for the last 2 years and is the admin support function for the company. Andrea assists the team by setting up and maintaining systems and records, assisting with auditing companies’ management systems. She is also involved in the setting up and preparation of Quality Systems Management documents and assisting clients in their readiness preparedness for certification or surveillance audits.
Rachel Thompson is our Financial Controller and maintains records of our accounts and submissions. Rachel is also a highly qualified PA and assists in visits to Client sites for Meetings, Management Reviews, Audits and Document Management.
Sharon Louca is a multi-award winning business owner and networker. Sharon has been working with ISO standards ISO9001 and ISO14001 since 2012. Sharon has helped companies across various business sectors to implement and maintain Quality and Environmental Management standards and is a trained internal auditor. Sharon now supports Margaret and the ISO Team to deliver internal auditor and standards training.
SarahLouise Tallack is the Document Controller, following 20+years of similar work, coupled with successful internal auditing, within organisations of all sizes, from micro to global.
As well as B2B, SarahLouise has worked on multiple government, and European Social Funded, contracts and has a wealth of Continuous and Quality Improvement experience.
In her spare time, SarahLouise volunteers at her local Scrap Store, and is studying for a BSc (Hons) in Environment Science.
Theresa Stanley is the Document Controller, following 30+ years of experience in similar work covering a range of internal auditing working on multiple government and European Social Funded contracts.
Theresa has worked with organisations of varying sizes from the voluntary sector, not for profit organisations to multimillion-pound companies and has a wealth of knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement.
Theresa holds a Degree in Education and The Chartered Institute of Management in Quality Management.
